Sweat, pain and sore muscles - looks like a typical evening with some friends and a Nintendo Wii. I really like the gaming console from Nintendo. Video games used to be for coach potatoes and slackers, but the Wii forces you to move a little bit more than just your thumbs.
Check out the available wii games and you will find a lot of 'sports games'. I remember the first night we played 'Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games'. Sweat was dropping down my chin and my hands and arms were sore.
A couple of month ago Nintendo released Wii Fit. The game is sold with the Balance Board. Wii Fit is more than just a collection of mini-games like Wii Sports. It is a virtual personal trainer. Wii Fit features more than 50 exercises including Yoga, Aerobic and strength training. It also calculates your BMI and weight; and you can set certain training goals.
There a lot of posts about the Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit, check out the 30 day test from Engadget or
keep fit with wii fit from blood pressure monitoring.

These look like a great deal of fun ... I remember seeing the original ad for Wii Fit, with the guy on the couch watching his girlfriend using it. Very funny.

I miss my Wii. I had one. Twice. Both times I stopped playing with it so we gave them away or sold them. But there are times I really miss it...even if I have no time to play them!

Love my Wii Fit. It is a great thing to have in the house and be able to do a little exercise.

It's fun and very interactive, it's one of the best buys of the season, not only you'll enjoy playing you'll get slimmer and active all through out the day playing Wii Fit.
