One week, two disappointments!

The Florida Gators and the West Virginia Mountaineers both lost their games last week. Florida lost to Auburn on a fieldgoal as the time expired. It was a well-deserved victory for the Tigers, who held the Gators offense in check. Tim Tebow played well, but his only interception lead to a fieldgoal. Moreover Florida got in the game too late. They fell behind 17-3 in the beginning, and though they managed to even the game in the fourth quarter, it wasn't quite enough. What an upset. I hope Urban Meyer will get his team ready for No.2-ranked LSU. A win against the other Tigers and we are back on the track for the repeat. One day earlier the Mountaineers lost against South Florida. What a game for West Virginia, they turned the ball over six times. Steve Slaton, the Heisman caliber running back, was responsible for 3 of those giveaways. Pat White got injured in the second quarter. But it didn't went downhill from there on, no, the Mountaineer never got to work. A sloppy game ended in a bitter lost. I'm looking forward to week six...
